Welcome to our website!

We are Ashlee and Dionne, the founders of the Woman Defined.
We are 2 great friends who God originally brought together during our freshman year of college at Florida State University in 2012. He then brought us together in purpose and our ministry that is the Woman Defined.

We created the Woman Defined in 2020 out of a desire for women (ourselves included) to thrive in life by being reminded that we are daughters of Christ who already defined our identities when He created us. Anchored in Psalm 139:13, our vision is to empower women to love authentically and intentionally in their God-given identities. We do this through our Woman Defined Podcast, hosting community events, our quarterly newsletters, and social media platforms.

Because this is a gift and ministry that He has blessed us with, we’re very intentional about fostering real relationship to do life together, intercede for one another, and truly be sisters in Christ. We pray and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance about each woman who joins the community, our goal is to be led by the Spirit in everything we do.
